TGLeadsTracker was built out of pure frustration. Running Facebook Ads to Telegram channels meant flying completely blind — you could see clicks, but had no idea how many people actually joined. The standard advice was to use a landing page and track button clicks. But that's not a conversion. That's just a click with extra steps.
The real problem is structural: Facebook and Telegram have no native connection. Once a user leaves Facebook's ecosystem and enters Telegram, the pixel loses them entirely. This means the algorithm optimizes for people who click — not people who join and stay.
We built TGLeadsTracker to close that gap. Using Telegram's Bot API and Facebook's Conversions API together, we create a real attribution bridge — one that fires a Lead event only when a person actually becomes a member of your channel.
Most Telegram tracking tools either track clicks (not joins) or require complex setup with your own bot infrastructure. TGLeadsTracker uses a shared platform bot — you just add it to your channel as an admin. No bot creation, no tokens to manage, no webhooks to configure yourself.
Under the hood, we generate a unique one-time invite link per ad click using Telegram's createChatInviteLink API with member_limit=1. When that exact link is used to join, we know precisely which ad click it came from. Then we fire the attribution to Facebook via server-side CAPI — the most reliable and iOS-safe way to send conversion data.
